ZameenAlert needed a property platform that could compete with the country's established real estate portals — fast search, serious listing volume, and enough polish to earn trust from both buyers and agents.
What we built
The homepage leads with a full-bleed search experience: a city, location, and category filter sits directly over a hero image, with tabs to switch between For Sale, For Rent, and Project listings. Buyers narrow results by price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities, then save favorites to a wishlist.
On the supply side, we built a Submit Property flow so agents and owners can list directly, along with an agent directory and open house event listings — the infrastructure a growing portal needs to scale beyond a single city.
Key features
- Advanced multi-filter search across residential and commercial listings
- Coverage spanning 70+ cities across Pakistan
- PKR and USD currency switching for local and overseas buyers
- Wishlist, user accounts, and agent-facing property submission
- Dedicated Projects section for new developments
Why it matters
Real estate platforms live or die on how quickly someone can go from "I'm looking for a house" to a shortlist of real options. Every design decision — the sticky search bar, the tabbed listing modes, the low-friction submission flow — was built around collapsing that path.
